Apprenticeship Programs

At Conductor Power, we are committed to fostering the growth and development of our workforce through high-quality apprenticeship programs. Through our partnership with ABC, we offer three registered apprenticeship programs that provide hands-on, paid on-the-job training (OJT) and formal classroom instruction. Each of our programs is registered with the U.S. Department of Labor and designed to develop skilled professionals in critical trades. Throughout the program, apprentices are paired with experienced mentors to guide them every step of the way.

Each of these programs offers a structured path to success, with the added benefit of earning while you learn. Our apprentices are well-supported by their mentors, ensuring they gain valuable experience and confidence as they progress toward a long-term career in their chosen field. We hope that after graduation, our apprentices will continue as long-term Conductor Power employees and serve as the mentors to the next generation of apprentices.
