Robert Hague
President
Since graduating from Kansas State University in 1992 with a bachelor’s degree in Construction Science and Management, Rob has worked continuously in the construction industry in various fields. Starting out as an assistant project manager and estimator for a commercial electrical contractor, he worked his way up to VP of Construction for a company that specialized in distribution line, power generation and substation construction. Moving on he joined a general contracting firm as a partner and eventually purchased the company. After 7 years as a general contractor he realized he missed the power industry, closed up shop and went back to work as a project manager for National Conductor. After nearly 5 years he was asked to be the President of the newly formed company, Conductor Power. He looks forward to adding your company to the long list of satisfied clients he has had the privilege to work with.

Jesse Zahn
Vice President
Working within the family business since his youth, Jesse joined Conductor Power in 2017 as Operations Manager. After his education at the University of North Dakota and the University of St. Thomas for Business Management in 2015, he ventured back to the family business, National Conductor, and earned his certification in aluminum TIG welding. He applied that skill to installing Isolated Phase Bus Duct (IPB) on various powerplants nationwide as well as installing bus systems on substations. Gaining this knowledge of the power utility industry first hand, he then proceeded to learn how to project manage and estimate. Today, Jesse serves at Conductor Power’s Vice President of Operations and is excited for the opportunities that lie ahead for this firm and the clients that it gets to serve.
